1. Item Description & Authenticity

All items are described as accurately as possible, with clear photos and detailed information. Every piece is in my possession and dispatched directly by me. The jewellery is carefully sourced from trusted suppliers and includes a range of styles (e.g. vintage, gold-plated, sterling silver). Please note, I do not make the jewellery myself.

2. Condition

All items are brand new and have never been worn.

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure high quality. Orders are thoughtfully packaged in a drawstring bag with a thank you card, then placed in a protective bubble wrap mailer to ensure they arrive safely-perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped using the buyer's chosen Vinted shipping option, which includes tracking and protection. I aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically on the same day or the next working day. Please note, while I can't guarantee specific delivery times, l always strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible!

4. Returns & Cancellations (Legal Compliance)

As a professional seller, I comply with UK/EU consumer law:

Buyers have a 14-day right to cancel and return items for a full refund, starting from the day after delivery.

To cancel, please contact me via Vinted messages within this period.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. This must be clearly proved by the buyer, providing sufficient evidence is an essential requirement for the refund.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please message me within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photos.
